Zhejiang Women's Federation and Zhejiang Provincial Department of Justice on August 12-13 hosted an activity, focusing on family dispute mediation work, in Hangzhou, capital of East China's Zhejiang Province.
The "Artificial Intelligence (AI) plus Family Dispute Mediation" Project was launched during the activity. The project is designed to promote the integration of human experience and AI in dispute mediation.
Zhejiang Women's Federation will establish a pilot network that provides various services, including full-time counselling, professional explanation of laws and psychological counseling, in Hangzhou.
AI mediators will ensure the services are professional, and heartwarming. They will help families solve problems and secure future happiness through attentive services.
As part of the event, mediators took a written examination on knowledge of family and marriage-related laws, and they competed in practical-mediation skills.
