To promote the protection of women and children's rights and interests, Qufu (a city in East China's Shandong Province) Women's Federation recently released a law-publicity video.
Qufu is the birthplace of Confucianism. The federation created several poems, which integrated the core values of Confucianism, such as benevolence and harmony and unity, with the guiding principles of laws on the protection of women and minors' rights.
The federation produced the video based on the poems. The video highlighted protection of minors, care for women and children's mental health and the significance of preventing and stopping domestic violence. The video also called on relevant social forces to form a strong synergy for women's rights protection.
The federation has promoted the video through social-media platforms and public lectures in communities, schools and enterprises.
