Spring Bud Girls Attend Study Tour in Yinchuan

 2025-07-30

The China Children and Teenagers' Fund (CCTF) and Ningxia Women's Federation jointly held a study tour Spring Bud Sunshine in Yinchuan, capital city of Northwest China's Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, from July 20 to 23.

The study tour drew the attendance of 30 Spring Bud girls from Hongsibao District οf Wuzhong City in Ningxia.

During their visit to the Ningxia Liberation Monument, the girls paid tribute to revolutionary martyrs and reviewed their heroic deeds on the battlefields.

They were deeply impressed by the history οf the Xixia Dynasty (1038-1227) and the exhibitions about revolutionary culture and stories in Ningxia Museum.

The girls also visited a vineyard, where they learned about grape plantation, wine production and the achievements of industrial development.

In Ningxia Radio Museum, the girls gained a deep understanding οf wireless technology and the fast scientific and technological development.

During their visit to the Han Meilin Art Museum, the girls seemed to enter a magical garden of arts, immersing in the beauty of art.

At the Western Film Studio in Zhenbeibao, they listened to the guide's introduction about films featuring Northwest China, and wandered through scenes depicted by relevant writers, allowing the unique culture of their hometown to take root in the heart.

Three well-prepared lectures illuminated the development paths of the girls. In the career planning lecture, teachers guided them to tackle problems and difficulties in academic studies and become clearly oriented toward personal dream. The lecture on safety training acted as a solid protective shield, breaking down potential risks in their life. The lecture οn protecting girls helped them dispel confusions, cherish life, embrace changes and live a fullest life.

"It is a memorable experience for me to attend the study tour. I have got lots of knowledge that cannot be found in textbooks and made many friends," said a girl Xiaoying (pseudonym).

The study tour not only provided the girls with opportunities to expand personal horizon and acquire knowledge but also inspired them to inherit and carry forward revolutionary traditions, become more proud of their hometown, and set up lofty aspirations. It is expected that the girls will develop in an all-round manner.
