BEIJING, Oct. 13 (Xinhua) — As the Global Leaders' Meeting on Women opens, Beijing witnesses a reunion with its legacy of gender equality and women's empowerment. Yet, another personal reunion is unfolding, one that began with a photo taken about three decades ago.
